I had been in the markets for a Mule Pro MX LE for two months. I had one on order from a local dealer near my house. They could not give me a hard date as to when I would receive it. They said it could take about 3-4 months. I called around to other dealerships looking for one I could get an earlier delivery date.

I called Prairie Motor Sports on a Saturday morning and told the salesman my situation. He asked me if the dealer I was working with was actively trying to find me a side by side from other dealers and networks. I told him they had not done anything pro-active to get my Mule Pro sooner for me. He said let me call you back and see what I can do for you. He called me back that afternoon and said he had found the Mule Pro MX LE in black as I wanted. I asked him how I could get the Mule and I told him it was going to be a tight fit on my trailer, not to mention his store was 3.5 hours from my house. He said he was actually the owner of the store, and he would personally deliver it to my house.

The day he delivered it he was on time and it was in an enclosed trailer to keep my Mule clean. He went through the entire machine with me to make sure I had a thorough understanding of all the components and features.

I remarked to him that was a great experience. The way he handled the transaction, his ability to get the product in a timely manner, and his professionalism was exceptional.

What brought me to Prairie Motor Sports was a used yamaha FZ-6. I got a great price on the bike and Rod the owner went the extra mile to get me a stock exhaust for it at no extra charge, I like quiet bikes. The cherry on top was the customer service from Corban, who came out to my house to put the exaust on when it arrived. I'd have given a 5 star rating, but working with their "product specialist," Lucas, was frustrating at best. Lucas does a poor job of managing customer expectations. I told him my helmet size was XL, he ordered me larges. He told me he'd get me a good price for the helmets I was interested in, I found the helmet I was looking for on revzilla for 100 bucks cheaper. He left me hanging for two months with no updates. He'd tell me he'd contact a product representative and not inform me of the outcome. If I wanted an update, I had to call him (which I did every two weeks).
