*Edit: The fact that i even have to reply to the response is crazy!!! I never pointed blame at you specifically for ordering the wrong part only speaking the truth on the wrong part being ordered. Also, paying for repairs was NEVER an problem! When I called about the recliner YOU were the one that in fact told me it was STILL under WARRANTY!!! I can only assume this is the young lady that handles the repairs because any time a male answers when I've called which was several times they say you're not there but will call me back when you're in! You have called me back all but ONCE in a 3 month time period to tell me the repair guy will be reaching out to me soon but by time you did called I had already spoken and scheduled the repair with him. So yes you've spoken to me personally if I was able to get you on the phone but never initiated the call! I guess a hurt dog will bark. I do appreciate me being on your "priority list" or whatever that means though.

The absolute WORSE customer service you will ever receive once they get your money! Delivery took forever more than 3 months after we purchased and several un-returned phone calls later it did get delivered but it was only half my order the other piece took an additional 3 weeks to come in. Fast forward 2 years later recliner has went out called for repair took over a month for someone to come out only for the wrong part to be ordered. Currently still waiting on the repair with hopefully what will be the correct part!!! I would not even be upset if communication was used but don't hold your breathe waiting for...

I ordered a bed frame with a mattress and box spring from them. After calling a few times Dylan informed me that he could deliver our mattress and box spring. I called for 3 days to be told he would deliver after hours and would call before delivering. We finally had a friend come pick it up at 5:45 pm. when we showed up I was told he was going to deliver it that evening. Never received a call that he would deliver it. Everytime I called I was told I would receive a call back to tell me when our mattress and boxspring would be delivered and when our bed frame would be delivered. When ordering the bed frame I was told it would be 2-3 weeks for delivery. After calling multiple times today and being told I would receive a call back, which never happened, I finally went to the store where I was met by both Dylan and an elder man, who was very irate by my questions. I asked why I never received a call back on my order and was told my order was on back order until the end of June. I get given the current circumstances that things will be late but to have never received any call at all once ordered is very unprofessional. I asked why I was not informed of any of this since day one and was told they are too busy to call everyone with order updates. I wouldn't have minded waiting had I been informed since day one but wasn't. On top of being treated like I do not matter from a local company. Please for the love of God, do NOT do business with Ascension Furniture and Mattress Outlet We made a purchase on Tuesday last week for a sofa and coffee table that is on their showroom floor, to be delivered on 05/24. I have been calling since Wednesday of last week, the next day after purchase, to get it canceled and refunded because we decided on something else. No return calls as promised.

The owners son Dillon? is extremely rude, talks over you and yells over you, and said he will not refund, then said the owner (his dad Steven) is not available but said he agreed thay we would be charged a restocking fee! The product has never left its place yet! They're saying because they could have sold it to other people. Now they're refusing refund all together. Its a shame I spent $1500 here for no furniture and my only resolution will be my bank diputing the charges after 10 days of us requesting refund/cancelation. I could see if it was custom ordered furniture, this is just stuff sitting on...
