In the 5 years I've rented from Cardinal, there has only been one issue. My A/C broke on a Friday and they wouldn't send a technician out to replace it until the following Monday. That was a bummer, but once it was replaced they credited me for the amount I spent on a window ac unit (dog days of summer).
