Los Toreros Mexican Grill — Restaurant in Prattville

Nice restaurant with great food! I love how it's divided into two separate sections! On one side they have a bar as well as your general restaurant seating and to my surprise they allow smoking. It's fun place to grab a bite to eat and have a few drinks with friends. The best part is you don't have to follow a friend outside in the cold, when they need a cigarette..! LOL... Then the other side, which has it's own separate door, is a non smoking, family environment. It's a great place to take the kids out, on family night or for lunch. It's also a great place to meet up with some friends and catch up on each other's story, while you sip on some wine. Or if you'd rather have a beer or even something stronger, they got that too. I'm sure you already know but just encase, of course they gotta have margaritas to go with that spicy(or not spicy), delicious, filling...

Look all I can say is this place was just the absolute worst place I have ever been in my entire life if I could give zero or negative Stars I so would. My son and I went here one afternoon because we decided to try something new and we had never been to this place. The biggest mistake I've ever made in my life was deciding to try and eat here. I'm not even exaggerating. No one hardly spoke English which I get it it's a Mexican restaurant. But my food was wrong when I got it I couldn't eat any of it because it was just gross. And seriously my son couldn't eat his at all because it was so burned and hard that he couldn't bite down on it. I don't understand how this place has a high rating like it does I'm starting to think that it's because of the drinks or something. Maybe they do better just as a bar and not a...

... I hate leaving bad reviews but this was a horrible dining experience. Our waiter was kind and I’m super grateful with how patient she was with all of my questions. My food(3 tacos with rice/beans ) were barely cooked and for the first time in my adult life- I puked at a restaurant. I ate one whole taco and half of the other.

Spoke to the manager and after explaining that the meat was pink and even apologizing about wanting to return the food(I felt bad) - he gave me only half off for a plate I hardly touched while he walked away with no apology...

I typically eat at family owned restaurants because I truly believe in the value of that so I’m disappointed and feel a bit disrespected.

I don’t understand the lack of kindness but all & all, my employees/friends/family along with myself will not be dining...
