Too bad I cant give them a negative one because these people are male oriented, white sales men will wait on a man and skipp the woman until you are the only person left. I guess our time isnt work that of a man. There is one good salesman. Ohter talk to you like you are a idiot when in reality you know more what you are talking about than the bosses son in law who busyies himself checking out black ladies behind! Hiring family is never a good idea because they think they can get away with murder. As I said helping female customer is out. They just sent me to Home depot before theyd give me what I need. Too bad they think cutting wood isnt their job because home depot will do it in a hearbeat. Soon as old man passes this place will go bank rupt. Prices are a little steep on some items but that's understandable in a small town. And I dislike that they don't have some items I need. But if I were to ask them to get the item, and if they could they will. They always help when we come in if we can't find an item. So ☆++ on customer service. The older fellas are sometimes dry but hey they set in their ways and have earned that right. But hands down I'd rather come here and feel more appreciation for my business than to feel like I'm a burden to help and rushed on out the door like I ain't Shhhhh. Great little hardware store. It has almost everything you could need. From tools to pipe fittings. If you're not sure what exactly you need, say for a D-I-Y project, most (but not all) of the guys are very helpful, they can help tell you what your probably gonna need. The staff are typically in a good mood, and often they have cheaper prices then most high end hardware stores. I can walk out with a grocery list of supplies often for less then what I was expecting.
