Sutherlands — Local services in Price

Prices are a little high, but it's a small store in a smal l town. That's ok. And I have been here for a week or so. And been here for all the little parts and pieces. Mostly it has been a good experience.

Today, though, I bought some more parts and pieces and the lady at the register only had time for her coworker. I obviously interrupted a conversation by being a customer. My bad. They were talking about maybe a customer or coworker who had to quarantine or something. The amount of interaction I got was "your total is". Literally, the 3 words spoken to me.

I don't require much. I'm not a talker. I want to get in and out. But if you are going to make me feel like I am a bother to be your customer. I probably am. Maybe I should be going to somewhere that accepts a person trying to...

Awful experiences here. I've been in to shop there about 6 times since moving to the area. Not once was I greeted or offered any assistance. Employees working in the same aisle (19) I was in completely ignored my request for help finding cabinet hinges. I went to the front a for help and was told they would "try" to find someone to help me. They acted as though they were going out of their way to help me. Upon returning to aisle 19 the two employees who ignored us were gone and nobody else ever arrived to help. We abandoned our cart and left. I have no intention...

Went in to get their instock cabinets they didn't have what we needed. We tried for three weeks to get them and they never did. We finally had to go up north to get them. Then we went in for a sheet of cdx payed for it went to the yard to get it and they didn't have it. This is the worst service I've ever had from this store. It's really hard to want to shop local when they don't have and can't get what you need in a reasonable...
