Sakura — Restaurant in Price

It’s disappointing that the food is good but the waitress is horrible! I own a construction company and my guys have been going here on company dime for some time now and all of them have been receiving less then satisfactory service from the waitress that works here. I personally went out tonight and witnessed for myself the horrible service and disrespect this person shows to customers. One of my guys politely asked for a second beer and this waitress says “why don’t you just drink your water” I proceeded to contest her on it and she then asks his age again after checking all IDs the first time and then doesn’t ever bring out the beer. A few moments later I heard this waitress over at another table grilling 2 gentlemen for asking for a sake shot like as if she doesn’t want to sell overpriced beer and sake! This is the 3rd incident I’ve experienced here with this person…last time she was mad because we did separate checks etc. it’s ridiculous! We’ve spent loads of money here and have been very respectful and this is what we get in return! I have seen the other reviews regarding this particular waitress and if it was my business I’d get rid of this issue if I wanted to run a successful customer service based establishment. I got the California roll to go. I ate it on my way home. Dry. Bland. No sauces. The fake crab suchi my dog go because it was pathetic and dryer out! You get 2...only 2! But how it's made 2 is 2 too many. A small oval shapped rice ball with a 2 inch hunk of dried fake crab meat on top. No sauces, no nothing. So bad. Fried rice went into a small styrofoam container. That had to be purchased separately from the Teriyaki steak! For the price I thought I was getting a meal but nooo it was a small scoop of rice in a styrofoam to go container. Ugggg! The teriyaki stake was discusting! Boiled, no sauce or flavoring, Uber thin slices onto of onions and broccoli. Maybe they messed up and gave me bland beef and broccoli instead of teriyaki. The rice and mystery meat meal went into my freezer after I tasted and spit out a bite of the meat. Next time I drive an hour back to price I'm taking the purchased meal to them with my recipt and requesting justice.

I truly don’t even know where to begin. I have been to two other Sakura locations that have amazing lunch specials. We are in town for two weeks and were so excited to see a Sakura here. Instantly regretted it. The waitress was horrendous. She didn’t seem like she had an inkling to what she was doing and I could not hear a word she said when she was speaking. Everything was extremely bland and somehow they managed to ruin a California roll?? The only good part was the beer and the crab Rangoon’s. I get it’s a small town and there are limited options but quality should not be sacrificed because of that. I would strongly urge anyone to reconsider...
