Priceville Foodland — Local services in Priceville

This place is the most expensive place to buy groceries. Selection is like at a dollar general. They do have a post office in there. Really want to like them and buy local but when every item is priced lower elsewhere it makes a grocery bill go up exponentially. Their off-brands ive tried are awful. They have the 5 meats for $20 but it is the lowest quality meat everytime ive gone in there. The last time i was there i stopped to use the restroom and buy some milk. The bathroom door was unlocked and when i opened it one of the older guys that works there was chugging a huge beer. He reaked of alcohol and ive never been back unless i needed one or 2 things and forgot to stop at Kroger or Publix and didnt want to turn around. Most of the time i turn around. Its a drag to go into that place, it looks awful from lack of proper cleaning over the years and dont dare look under any shelf. Never once have i been greeted by any person who works there or asked if i needed help. I hope one...

The store is always clean and stocked But most of the cashier or very rude I was a cashier for most of my working career but I have never being treated like was by one of your cashier I went to her to be check out she was texting l told her I didn't have alot and didn't mean to interrupt her all of a sudden she started to yell at me and told me it wasn't any of my business but her father was sick!!!!!😡 I have never been so mad and embarrassed in my life so sorry to hear about your dad but I wasn't meaning anything about her being on the phone so I started crying I did call up to the store and tried to tell your manager at the time but all they said was they knew who she was and her and was sick No SORRY No One cared but when l 2as leaving I turned around and she was laughing at me I went in there every day to I think maybe 2 times in months I if she there I will not ever...

This is a convenient stop for me to get groceries from time to time. Its also nice that its never really crowded so you can get in and out pretty quick. Overall they have a pretty decent selection of produce, dairy items, dry goods, some fresh meat & frozen goods. The staff are always friendly. I am giving 4 stars on this review because the cashiers & packers do not understand how to pack groceries properly & the prices are sort of outrageous on various items (quite a few things are double the price compared to similar stores).
