Soon as I walked in I was followed he never was more than a foot from me. I was treated like a thief the entire time. I regret giving him my business. I should've went anywhere else. Every time I needed a product I was unable to make a decision due to this individual asking each time "is that all ?" I will never give them any of my business ever again and I have been since that day told every family member & friend of his treatment. How they stay in business is a great mystery to me they cannot only be selling 20+ year old merchandise that is discolored & out of date. Again I regret giving him our business but we were in a crunch for time and material to finish an actual customer build. Whoever is keeping the business afloat has to be doing it out of pity. If YOU want to be treated like a common criminal with awful taste in merchandise that is 90's era technology please go by there it is overcrowded and dirty and appears to be owned by a hoarder with no sense of social skills. Believing in Jesus Christ is not a monopoly and bringing him into this just shows how u are hoping that will scare a person off unfortunately for u he's my world also. U can tell urself whatever u want about ur store and how u "greet" people. We spoke the truth about our experience and if the situation was reversed especially with the way ur in denial it would be a lot worse than the way I watered it down. God be with You also hopefully u will reflect on this and realize ur not the way u think you actually are. I'm sure I'm not the only one feeling the way u treat customers. I have purchased things at this store before. Prices are good and often better than online shopping prices. Of course there is no price that can be placed on the experience and everyday electronic knowledge that this store's owner, David has. I recently purchased a new air TV antenna and related accessories from this store to replace an old , old TV antenna setup system because his prices were great and because of his experience. I followed David's instructions on how to set up the newer designed Antenna and related equipment and was able to get 75 , yes that's seventy five air channels with only 4-5 duplicate content channels. I used to get 35 channels with my old stuff until it got too old and only got 10 channels in recent years. I was skeptical at first about the new set up that David sold me until I saw how many channels could be programmed in on the first attempt after installation . I went from 3-5 bars of TV air signal strength with the old to 10 full consistent signal strength bars with the new one with a TV from the year 2012 .I wish I had updated years ago. I live in Costa Rica and I was on an extended vacation. I came into the store twice during my stay in Mobile. The first time I was looking for an audio connector that no one had. I went to all stores near me looking for it. I found it here! I was so happy!

Then I needed a charger for an off the wall item. I did have an all device charger but wasn't sure on how to set the dang thing up. Plus I wasn't sure it would even be the right charger for the item. Not only did the employee assist me the second time in getting everything set up, he asured me that everything was working correctly. I also needed another item that he had in stock. He knows his stuff! I am impressed with his knowledge on how things work to figure out what is needed to fix your issue.
