Waffle House — Restaurant in Mobile

I give this location zero stars. I had to wait over 40 minutes for my order. I went in and placed the order and went back out to my car. Went back in after a while and was told me and another customer they would have to get out waffles. Then after that the young lady gave me the bag and the order was completely wrong! I told them what the order was supposed to be and went back outside. Returned inside after a little while and was told they thought I had left... Why would I pay for food and leave. I told the cook I saw you pulling bacon so I thought you were preparing the order. The cook and waiter were like they were clueless! although the young waitress was nice, the cook was rude and trying to be smart mouth and the bacon was hard and horrible! Then the manager comes out of the back when it was resolved and they finally understood the order. The manager was rude, has no customer service skills! Talking about she heard us in the back in her office. Well everything's taken care of now she should've been came out the office and I shouldn't have been waiting almost an hour for a takeout order that should've been ready! When this location opened I always went to this location and had great customer service! Now there is new staff and management and the customer service is horrible!!! Lea, was our server, upon arrival she was stonefaced, no expression, a comment was made to smile life's not that bad, her response was I'm just tired, my sister went on to compliment her with no expression, no comment, during the serving time my son said his order was incorrect, her response, to other cooks were Oh My God, then she says I quit, I quit, 2 others came to finish our order, do refills, check on us, our bill was at 100. Dollars, there were 6 of us. We were polite and tried, but when we went to check out my husband had, had enough of her attitude he said, it's awful, I chose to spend our hard earned money to be treated so rudely, she wants to argue, I wasn't rude! My husband says yes you were, about that time the gal checking us out at register says you can scan this code and let them know what was going on.
