I am very happy with their customer service i ordered a large diy kit, then the next day i ordered more items (flavor,nicotine,extra bottle) just incase, figured if im actually getting into it no sense in just dipping my toes might as well dive in head first.
After a couple days i noticed the status had not changed (around the holidays so completely understandable) but i called the customer service line and they were very nice, they let me know that they would be combining my orders since they had not shipped out yet and they would refund one of the charges for shipping.
I was excited because not only was the customer service great but they also did what they could to save me money without me even asking.
My items shipped out within a couple of days after my id verification went thru (a process that was quick and seamless)
However upon arrival i found out that the only thing i received from the diy kit i ordered was the flavors, all the base liquids pg/vg were missing aswell as the equipment, on top of an extra 30ml bottle i had ordered needless to say i was a little worried especially when i realized they had also shipped me double the nicotine i had ordered. (The only reason i was worried about the extra items is i thought i would need to ship back)
I again placed a call to their customer service line and was immediately greeted positively as they promised to correct my order by shipping my items that were missing via express mail (and as an added bonus i could keep the extra items i received) withen 30 minutes i had a new tracking number.
I am beyond impressed with the level of customer service i was provided, upon completion of delivery of missing items i will be changing the rating i gave to five stars.

Read moreI had high hopes but it didn't work out. Placed an order for 12 items. 6 of one and 6 of a second item. A couple days later I received an email telling me that one of the items was out of stock and wanted to know if I could substitute them. I agreed to all 12 items to be the same. When I received the order I received 12 items all the same but they were all the wrong product. I couldn't use them. Sent an email back with a picture and explained that I couldn't use them. They sent me a prepaid label to return them and I was told they would fill my order with the correct items when they received notice that USPS received the return. I did that on the same day I got the emailed label. Then I received an email that they had nothing in stock that I placed on my original order. They wanted to know if I was interested in a alternative replacement. I did not want what they were offering as a substitute and asked for a refund. The next email was titled (partial refund). They didn't refund my shipping charges +$1.01. I paid $9.99 for shipping and they deducted $11 from my total. After many emails back and forth Katlin at central vapors refused to refund my shipping charges. This all took place over a couple weeks of many emails. Finally Central Vapors was contacted by a private message on facebook and after 1 conversation with a different person everything was straightened out and I received a full refund.
