The listing specifically states this product comes with a complementary silver plated chain. When the product arrived there was not a chain but instead a cheap leather string. When I asked for the chain to be sent since that is what was advertised Magic Crystals refused and claimed that only certain pieces get the chain and all others get the leather string - even though that is not what their site advertised. The pendant itself is fine but due to poor customer service I cannot recommend anyone purchase...

I went today with my mom. We loved the store and the owners! Very friendly and helpfull. In our family we love gemstones and we definitely found happiness with our purchase. Most of them are traveling to France with my mom to give present to family members. We find many in France too but not so much in our area.
