"I friggin love this house, man we are so blessed!" I literally say this to myself every time I walk up the staircase of my family's brand new house built by Shaddock. We chose Shaddock to build our home because of the quality, service, attention to detail, value and beauty associated with their brand. We couldn't be more happy with our choice.

During the build process Michelle (Sales Manager) and Alex Ramos (Construction Project Manager) were informative, attentive, responsive and available when we needed help or had questions.

We had regular status updates, property walk-thru and special requests accommodated. Even the week of closing with touching up our patio!

We made Alex aware that our apartment lease was expiring end of year, our lease was going to literally more than double from $2K a month to $4,800 a month and our family's dream was to spend Christmas Day in our new house. He did everything he could to ensure we closed ahead of schedule without sacrificing quality, skipping steps or jeopardizing the Shaddock brand. Even making last minute runs himself to Lowes, just days before closing, to help his crew and ensure we hit our 12/22 closing date.

We closed on the Dec 22nd, moved in Dec 23, put up the tree on Dec 24 and Santa came Christmas Day. I think it was our family's best Christmas we've ever had. Alex's commitment to us also saved our family thousands of dollars in additional rental fees. We are so appreciative! He's a total pro.

Since moving in, he's checked in on us, come by when he's in the neighborhood, followed up on contractors, vendors and items we agreed on together during our final walk thru before closing. He even brought over pipe covers before Winter Storm Landon.

Matthew Phillips is our Warranty Manager. In a world where customer service is hard to be found, and can often feel dead, this guys is the exception and hope that maybe Customer Service is still alive after all!. He is also one of the nicest individuals I've met.

When we first moved in we had a minor glitch with our water heater. It wasn't producing consistent hot water. The service we needed help with happened right before the season's first major freeze and we were in jeopardy of not being able to take warm showers during that time. Matthew answered emails well into the evening, stayed on top of the vendors, kept us updated on what was happening and ensured we got taken care of as quickly as possible. By the time the freeze came, our family was already taking hot showers the day before.

When we've had questions about our warranty or blue tape items left from closing (standard process with any new build), Matthew again is extremely responsive, detail oriented and always makes sure we feel like we are his top priority. He even answered an email from me I had sent late after work on a Friday evening. I later found out he had been on PTO, while recovering from being out extremely sick!

In the background during all this time, there has been an international pandemic and supply chain crisis that has completely shaken up the home construction and real estate industry. I'm sure this has been a completely chaotic time for them, as they charter unknown water, new experiences and the numerous "Karen's" created as result from impatient customers. They have remained calm, patient, and dedicated to providing the highest customer service standards Shaddock is known for!

Even with all the things they have going on, customer requests and demands they have to address, we have always been made to feel like Michelle, Alex and Matthew are our team, advocates and want to ensure we are happy with our...

We have been very happy working with Shaddock homes and the whole team. We were looking at many different homes and multiple communities in the area. But the build quality and service won us over at Shaddock. Their homes look gorgeous and have nice open floor layout options. George was very helpful in explaining the initial details around the plan. He walked us through the whole process and kept things very simple. We were out of state during the major process steps of closing. George was keeping me and my wife up to date on everything. It was by far the smoothest closing we ever had. Since we moved in a little bit after the closing date, Alex performed the orientation and walk through according to our schedule. Alex was instrumental in showing us things for the new home that we might not pay attention to. He went over every little small detail about plumbing, HVAC, sprinklers and electrical. He also made suggestions on things that would elongate the life of certain elements within the home. Thank You, Alex! Alex introduced us to Bailey. Bailey handles the warranties. Bailey was very down to earth and talked to us like family. He came over and went over details on warranties and gave us tips of his own for things around the house. Thank You Bailey! So, all in all, this team is the main reason why we are not feeling overwhelmed by an out of state move. And the home is NICE!!...

I couldn’t be happier with my experience working with Shaddock Home Builder! From start to finish, they exceeded my expectations in every way. Tim, the builder, was incredibly attentive to every detail of our home, ensuring everything was perfect down to the smallest touch. I also want to give a special shoutout to Bailey Jay and Kyler Jay from the warranty team. They were absolutely fantastic throughout the process, always responsive and quick to address any questions or concerns we had. It’s rare to find such a dedicated team who makes you feel like a priority, and they really went above and beyond.

While there was some turnover in the sales department during our build, George stepped in and made sure everything was handled smoothly. He took the time to listen to our needs and made sure all the details were in place, which really helped us feel confident throughout the process.

All in all, I’m thrilled with the home Shaddock built for us and the entire experience from start to finish. They truly care about their customers and deliver top-notch homes with exceptional service. I’d highly recommend them to anyone looking to build...
