Wanna live in the most amazing, friendly, welcoming community. Well then your search is over. I still can’t believe how amazing our neighborhood is, and how wonderful our neighbors are. It’s truly a paradise! We’ve lived here now for four months and still can’t believe a place like this is for real! every single day is just so much fun being able to enjoy it with great people that live next to us that want relationships with their neighbors. Kids are everywhere, people are Always out walking or driving golf carts around, there’s always community events. Whether it’s building a blanket, wine tasting, music at the park, karaoke night, bounce houses at the farmstand, going out to meet neighbors at the local restaurant/bar, or if you ran out of tomato sauce or you need some milk but don’t want to go to the store well you’re in luck because we have a little local organic grocery store in the neighborhood. And it’s not like other neighborhoods for some reason this neighborhood attracts people who are more down to earth and wanting to have a fun type of neighborhood. Did I mention we have our own amazing gym? Like 1000 parks OK maybe not 1000 but a lot, fish stocked ponds, campsites, Dog parks, beach pond swimming… I mean I’m not swimming in any pond in Texas but if you’re up for it, it’s there. And our pools are insanely amazing with the window for the bar and restaurant outside. Seriously it’s like a resort but better because you get to be here all the time. We put sesame street and Daniel Tiger’s Neighborhood to shame, it’s just that good. So see you...

It’s such a shame that this community isn’t being maintained. One they use the worst landscaping company GOLD. Next, the fitness centers never have the machines in working conditions. Third , the grounds have trash near the tennis areas….and last there is a lack of communication...
