I hadn't had a functioning dishwasher in my house for at least 3 years, and was finally ready to get a new one. Another company seemed very quick to get me off of the phone while I was trying to ask questions about ADA dishwasher options, and when I went in to place an order, they were inflexible with delivery/ installation and I had to leave. I tried to go with them because I had a good experience getting a new dryer during Covid.
Martin's was completely different. I left the aforementioned store frustrated, recalled the great experience my dad had with Martin's in the past, and decided to see if my house was within their service area. It sure was, and they were able to deliver on my day off. It was a couple weeks from the order date, but I was very content with their ability to work with me. I had spoken to someone else previously while still researching dishwasher options and regretted not recalling their name, because the young salesman I spoke to on the phone from the Quarryville location gave me a lot of helpful information about ADA Dishwashers and was able to give me some suggestions on brands to look at based on my needs and priorities, plus general Pros and Cons associated with them. When I called to place the order, it was with Harry S who was just as professional and courteous.
The technicians who installed the dishwasher (Karl and Charlie) displayed just as much professionalism and knowledgeability as everyone else who worked with me, and actually went above and beyond. The people I bought my house from installed a new wood floor in the kitchen, but did not install the flooring under the dishwasher, so you could see the base floor layer between the old broken dishwasher and the flooring edge. They asked me for an extra piece of flooring (which I had), they cut it to size, then installed the dishwasher. It looks so great now, and the dishwasher has been working very well (installed almost 2 months ago now). They left a pleasant taste in my mouth, and I still think fondly about this experience....

Our 11-year-old Miele dual fuel range had multiple electrical boards break. We had NOT bought the range from Martin Appliance. It was part of a complete kitchen remodel and was provided by the remodeling company. Miele put us in contact with a local repair company. The repair was estimated at $3000-4000. The Miele had been the nicest range we had ever owned; however, it never fully lived up to our expectations. So given that experience and the expense of the repair we elected to replace it.
We did a lot of research and believed our best choices would be dual fuel ranges from either Wolf or Blue Star with Wolf being the most likely. All retailers for these brands are at least 30 minutes from our house. We selected Martin Appliance (New Providence) based on their reputation in our area. We are so happy we did!
Our Experience
Titus helped us at the showroom explaining both products in detail. We selected the Wolf and placed the order. We let Titus know that we probably would have a conflict with our existing LP gas line that was run to the old Miele. He said that depending upon the exact location the installers may be able to remediate the issue.
Sure enough when Karl and Derek removed the Miele the LP gas line needed to be modified to accommodate the Wolf. Fortunately, Karl had the required parts on the truck and was able to complete the modification on the spot. Derek and Karl then finished installation, started up the range and explained the features. We have been using the Wolf now for about a week and love it!
Great product support and knowledge at the showroom by Titus. Great installation and service at the house from Karl and Derek. And a great product in Wolf. Martin Appliance is a fantastic company to do business with and support our (and your) needs.

Read moreWe needed a new stove and decided to check out Martins in New Providence. We prefer to shop here over the big box stores. For one the service is better and the employees seem to truly care. Selection is far bigger and better than the big box stores. They also don’t typically carry any major brands that are known for alot of failures and issues such as Samsung. Which I love. Upon entering we met with Matt Campadonico. He showed us the products they carry with exactly what we were looking for and their features. He was patient as we looked and decided. Giving us good information on the stoves. Once we decided on what we wanted it was a smooth easy process purchasing. He even went as far as to print the stove model information booklet, info we needed as we were converting from electric to propane and discussed all proper delivery instructions. Once set we had delays at least 3 times with trying to get propane lines installed and parts needing changed on our propane tank so we had to contact Matt to reschedule. This was no fault of Martins but from other companies doing the install. Matt was more than helping and courteous each time as I’m sure was aggravating where we kept having set backs. Derek and Jack did an awesome job bringing the stove in upon delivery and setting it level, installing gas line and checking proper operating procedures. Even cleaning it, making sure to give us any needed information, and answering any questions that we had. One key thing that is much better with martins is they deliver all products themselves vs companies such as Lowe’s do not. Everytime we received a new appliance through Lowe’s they always come dented or damaged. Never with Martins. Everytime we need an appliance we will continue to come to Martins. Top notch...
