I had to share this experience. I called this business to ask about pricing and to get their opinion on a home theater I was working on. I had previously reached out to other businesses that handle this stuff and have a general idea and some other prices. First it took for ever to get any responses, I had to keep reaching out and remind them to get back. Secondly, The business basically told me that they where reluctant to provide a price because they wouldn't get the work? Or I guess that they felt like I was pricing against the other guys? Honestly...do you understand competition? Then they gave me a price for what we discussed but refused to break down the price as well as didn't include any descriptions or what I was even buying. What a joke! Look I will tell you this...there are plenty of places you can go to get Home Theater components, local as well as on the internet. Don't waste your time here, I wish I had my time back. Read moreSeveral months ago I spoke with Will. I was inquiring about routers, WiFi . He was very helpful in answering my questions. We also discussed satellite providers and services. At the time I was still under contract. He was understanding but continued to call periodically. I added his work number to my phone. Yesterday, (3/13/20), I received a call from “Will”. I assumed he was calling to see if I was ready to change my satellite service; I returned the call and spoke with Katie. She explained to me Will had become ill and consequently had to return to his family home. Will, I hope you make a full recovery ! My interaction with Katie has been phenomenal; she has gone above and beyond to assist me with a satellite set up for a motor home . She was diligent in researching my questions and getting answers.
