I drove to see him from Monterey due to a cell phone problem with my Samsung. Silvester, the tech, and his assistant, Brenda, were courteous, explained the situation, and they quickly solved my biggest issue so I could then save the data off my phone. UPDATE - Dec. 2023 - My son's iPhone needed a new front screen and I called Techsol and spoke with Brenda again. She and Silvester were able to get a new glass, as well as a new backing, because the phone frame was bent. They fixed the phone to look and work as new for a pre-agreed upon reasonable price!!! Sylvestre has got a heart the size of the Grand Canyon and will help anyone who needs it (in my experience). I went here to pick up a Wish package. When I got the notification that it was ready, I looked up bus routes to get there before it closed at 7 PM, but all routes said they'd arrive at 7:03 PM. I called, and the man who I talked with was straightforward, helpful, and most of all generous to allow me to arrive a couple minutes after closing! I have to leave to go to the other side of the state tomorrow morning, so no way I could have picked this up at a later date....
