I went in to get my hair trimmed and feathered. My hairs length reached my hips when i walked in. The girls working were yound and inexperienced. i assume they were in beauty school. Figured it was a simple cut, and gave them the benefit of the doubt and sat in the chair. After cutting 5 inches in length off to straighten out my hairs end, they started asking how to do a feather cut. I told them usually they just razer cut it downwards after parting and pulling it up going around my head 1 section at a time. They ask the only person in uniform, a blonde lady, if she could finish my cut, due to wanting it razor cut. She responded wit a slight attitude and asked how i was wanting it cut. I told her the same thing i had told the 2 younger girls and the worker told me thats isnt how you do a feather cut, i told her maybe its called somethin else, but all i knew is that was how i was wanting it done. The lady asked how short i wanted my layers and that confused me cause the layers should only go so high for the way i was wanting it done. She then proceeded to part my hair from ear to ear across the crown of my head and pupl it forward over my face, took shears and chopped off at least 10 or more inches of my hair which nearly triggered a panick attack in me. I said, thats alot of hair, and the lady said yea you have plenty, this is how it has to be done if u want layers. I told her that they never have cut that much hair off any other time and how i'd been growing out my hair for 10 years. And she just told me, "like i said this is how it has to be done" even the beauty school girls was looking at her with shock. After chopping at the front half of my hair, despite my disagreement and concern for the amount of hair she was cutting off, she lets it fall back and starts cutting off more length in the back. I asked her to stop and touch my back where the length of my hair was at that moment. She pointed to my middle back near my bra strap, i asked why she was cutting more off the length when the other girls already did that. She told me she was fading in the layers. At this point im trying not to freak out or burst into tears. She came around to the front of my head and said just a little more up here, at that point i said, "do we have to? No we dont, i think im done here." She said u sure? I said for sure! After i got to mu car i looked at what she had done. Not a bit of my hair cut was straight, my length is now at my collar bone and i burst into tears. Everything i had grown out is gone! I understand haircuts can go wrong at times but this looked like i let my 5 year old cut my hair and there was sentiment to me growing out my hair for my passed on father. Actually i think my 5 year old would have done better! The worker never once listened to my concern for the amount of hair she was chopping off unprofessionally. I will mever go back and i dont think there is anything the company could do to make this right. My heart is broken. That lady should not have a career in the industry if that is going to be her work conduct. Absolutely mortified by her skill set and customer edicate. Negative 100 stars for her. My mother took my son to get his haircut for me and the lady decided not to listen to what she said and instead of taking off 1-2 inches of my sons beautiful curls she decided to take 4-5 and now he has little to no hair on his head. Veryyy very angry with whoever decided that was okay especially since her comment at the end was "there now he looks like a boy" promise if i found out who you are we will be having a conversation in person, i dont give a shit who you are or who you think you are. you had absolutely no right to disregard our wishes because you thought you knew better. you took my sons hair because it was your personal opinion, hopefully it grows back quickly and the same because if not you took something from us we will never get back. hopefully you sleep well at night being the worst hair stylist at walmart in pryor. pictures below to show how bad...

Horrible dont go there. I made an appointment for 3pm which the Manager Kayla told me to make for them to fix their mess up, I got there was told it would be a 45 minute wait, so I wait around they tell me they are ready they ask how I wanted my hair cut, I said I didnt want it cut i wanted the orange highlights blond like they was supposed to be, she said well kayla left for the day there is only 2 of us here she put you down for a cut so we can not get you in today, neither one of them working had the managers phone number so I left once again unsatisfied because of their mix up.
