Tractor Supply Co. — Local services in Purcell

So, this use to be a 5 for customer service....but, when I began working with TSC, I would have definitely given them a 5. But, as I was forced to change to the Purcell location (due to my elderly mother's health and becoming her caretaker).....I began to see some things that were VERY concerning. First, I was in the door less than a week when I was witnessing unethical behaviors to the extreme. Then I began to notice that the employees were always too busy to help with customers loads. I had even heard one of our long time employees tell a customer that they could load cattle panels on their own, "their not that heavy". Wow, my son and I were in just doing our shopping and picking up supplies when we overheard this comment. My son promptly said, "I'll help you load that". *As a preferred plus memeber you are suppose to have benefits that are extended to you. One of those is a same day delivery. This feature has come in handy when we have needed to make a purchase for feed while my mother was down with a broken hip. But, then when we ordered (this was only after reporting the unethical behaviors in the building/business)....we did not receive our order until the four days later. This left our animals without feed, since there was no other place to obtain feed in our area (and given the fact we had learned that we could "depend" on this "same day deliveries" when we had need of them in the past). Again WOW! Tractor Supply is just not the company I had learned to believe in and be proud of. What's happening TSC? WHERE did your "neighborly", customer service attitude go??? *BTW: Miss Smith review below...I witnessed that horrible behavior towards her. It was appalling how she was treated and what was said about her behind her back. And, she wasn't the only one treated that way, there were numerous others (one an educationally challenged individual) who was working for us, who was called "retarded" by the same coworker that (continued to ask other employees "out" ). It just seems there are some very disturbing behaviors that TSC need to reevaluate and remove from their production crew. If TSC had taken Miss Smith's review and her concerns seriously....then this review change wouldn't have been...

Great place for your home and ranch needs! I have been a customer here for quite a few years and they have many of the parts I need for my tractor from the hydraulic fluid, cotter pins, hitches, etc. My equine needs, wormer, halters, tack, supplements, and so much more. They also have some really great lawn and garden decorative items. They are great for poultry needs, wild bird food and feeders, dog food and supplies. You name it they most likely have it and their prices are very reasonable topped only by the customer service they provide. They treat you like friends and family with that small town feel!...

yeah we went to Tractor Supply my son-in-law Jack and I to buy a sit down lawn mower for our farm out in Purcell very very nice experience I believe the young lady who helped us with her name I believe was Tuesday and she did a great job she was so helpful and so pleasant while she did it anyway and the lawn mower is running beautifully and I have no complaints at this moment it was a great experience thank you Tuesday we will come back whenever we need my daughter goes all the time for her horses to Tractor Supply...
