We've always had a good experience until tonight. My burger had some pink in it so I ate around it. The fries were crunchy air.( well over cooked) . I also had coffee and was never asked to refill it. One waitress stopped by the tables one each side of us and asked if everything was OK and could they use refills. We were done with the part I ate and then about 10 mins someone walked by and I asked for more coffee. She had to go brew more. I waited another 10 mins and still no coffee. So we left. Oh the husband had super crunchy onion rings that were over cooked. I really wish they could get the waitresses to come by more often. Yes they were busy . About half...

I just ordered a pick up order for a chicken fried steak sandwich and the duke with fries. The sandwich was so bad I was shocked, the steak was so chewy it was unedible. The burger was just as bad, the meat was over cooked while the onion ring was under cooked. The fires were cold AND there was no napkins. Even McDonald's puts napkins in their bags. It was honestly so disgusting and carelessly put together they couldn't even give a napkin. I will never order at this...

When ordering a burger I asked for an over light egg. The waitress then tells me im wrong on what im ordering and it’s an over medium egg that I wanted because the white is cooked and the yellow is runny. I have been a cook for over 8 years and know how an egg is cooked so when my burger was delivered I had to send it back because it was well over cooked from what I wanted.
