Awesome experience I had a plumbing emergency over the weekend and had to shut the water off to my house, I called Pinckney Plumbing at 7:30 am on Monday and spoke to Regina , Regina was awesome she knew that the schedule was booked for the day but told me she would see what she could do and she would call me back in 30 mins , 10 minutes later Regina called me back and told me she would have someone on site to fix my issue in the afternoon To my surprise I had someone on site by 11:30 and my water back on by Noon Wow what a great experience , it would have been very easy for Regina to simply tell me that they were booked up by and they would get someone on site later in the week but thanks to her caring and dedication the issue was resolved within hours Thank you Regina and Pinckney Plumbing , awesome job and I will be using you for all my plumbing needs moving forward and will be recommending Pinckney Plumbing to all of my neighbors,...

Personal Service! I was looking for a new tankless water heater. I called 2 other places that wanted hundreds of dollars to simply come out to look. PP talked to me on the phone, and shared an estimate cost based on "normal conditions". Said if I was interested, they would come out to view the work area to confirm the estimate (free of charge). They came out, the estimate did not change and set up a day to do the work. Said they would arrive at around 9, and did. They thought it would take them until around 3-5pm, they got done at 430. Overnight, a noticed a very small, minor leak in my pipes that was unrelated to the area they worked in/on. I texted them about the leak and they came out the next day and fixed the small leak (that they didn't cause) without asking for more money.
