❌ Very disappointed. I ordered ice for an event with 55 guests, and the delivery never arrived. This completely disrupted the party, all drinks were hot and even the mariachi band had nothing to refresh themselves with. We had planned everything carefully, but this ruined an important part of the experience. No communication, no apology, no solution. I absolutely do not recommend this service for any event where reliability matters.

My husband and I were driving and one of the workers from there didn't use there turn signal and then proceeded to try and merge when there was no space to and then threw his hands up as if we were at fault! We have our son in the car and this was extremely unprofessional...
