Wow! Amazing experience all around! We flew to Phoenix for Thanksgiving and brought limited clothes. The Wednesday before Thanksgiving my Mom’s washing machine froze with the door locked thus no way for us to get our clothes out! I was panicked since I was certain that I would not find anyone to service the washer before we had to fly out Saturday morning. I saw the great reviews on Google so called and actually had someone answer the phone. I explained my situation fully expecting to be told there was no way to get someone out given the holiday week. After a brief pause I was told they had someone in the area and were willing to “squeeze” us in to hopefully at least get the door open so I could get our clothes out. Mike showed up and told us the water pump broke, by fate, he had the part on his truck. He was able to get our clothes out and fix the washer!!!! During casual conversation I had briefly mentioned some other struggles that my 84 year parents were having with their appliances. After finishing the Washer issue, he asked if he could take a quick look at the fridge and see if it might be a quick fix!!! I was a bit in shock knowing he was on a very tight schedule. He knew right what the issue was and worked very creatively to fix it with things that were on his truck. I honestly have never had a service company actually listen to my personal situation and work so hard to help us out! If they hadn’t had compassion and “squeezed” us in, we probably wouldn’t have had any clothes to wear and the clothes we had would have been stuck in the washer long after we would have had to fly home. Read moreSUPER in EVERY WAY My new Speed Queen TR7 set gave me error messages from Day One. Speed Queen sent out a mediocre guy who was snotty/rude before he walked in the front door. His technique for fixing the E65 was to bend something for the washer lid clicking sound - huh. It was an unpleasant experience.
The salesman sent out EAST VALLEY SUPER TECHS. On the morning of the appointment I called and told the “boss” what was now going on with the dryer (was not fully drying even after two cycles! Asked if they could look at it today or did we have to make another appointment. The owner, Mike, came on the phone (because the boss included him) and was FANTASTIC (but more technical than the “boss”). He reassured me. Was considerate of both of our times. Explained how bending some piece would not fix the E65. They were both great! Told me who the tech would be.
Kyle texted 20 minutes out to give me a heads up so I could contain the dogs. Was friendly, polite, respectful, and SUPER COMPETENT.
He solved the washer problem. Noticed it was not level and fixed that preventing future problems. Checked everything backwards and forwards. Addressed the dryer issue and tested the temperature as it cycled through and we determined what settings would be best for dog crate pads. He was VERY THOROUGH When he finished he reviewed our conclusions. Assured me I could call anytime. Advised me on the care and maintenance. Again told me to call anytime with questions and he left here leaving a SUPER IMPRESSION. This was night and day Difference from the last tech from another company.

Technician Kory made the initial service call to diagnose the problems we were having. He exudes expertise and is extremely knowledgeable! He knew immediately what needed to be done.
He had to arrange a second service call to include Mike, the owner, who is also extremely knowledgeable and an appliance expert. The main repair required two persons to tighten a large major assembly.
While here, they also made sure that any and all adjustments to both the washer and dryer were made in order to provide peak operating performance.
They answered all questions and gave detailed explanations. They also gave us great advice and tips on how to optimally use our washer and dryer.
Owner-Wife Corinne performs all of the phone contact and scheduling. She is very efficient and keeps customers informed. She is absolutely fantastic on the phone and has a great personality! Corrine exhibits a true desire to help customers and provide quality service!
