I do agree if you need something, Quincy hardware will have what you need. The one thing I found is the owner does not want to deal with a women. I went in to ask what would be best ice melt to purchase to prevent damage to my walks. Instead of him answering my question, he told a young man to take me out and show me what they had. The young man admitted he was not sure which would be best. I was lucky enough that another gentleman was out side and recommended what I should purchase. It's to bad all the owner saw was a women....

Quincy Hardware is locally owned and you can really tell by the personal feel you receive when you go in. They know regular customers by first name. If you aren't a regular, you are still treated with just as much respect and courtesy.
