Chaparral Tavern — Restaurant in Quincy Township

Dropped by on our way home to grab a quick bite on Saturday afternoon. The bartender was helpful. There was a loud and rowdy group of regulars at the bar, so we took seats at a table in the dining room, which is separated by a wall. The service was friendly, but not fast- they seemed to be understaffed. The food was excellent, with reasonable portions and good prices. Well we showed up on the 10th of March to grab a quick bite and a few beers only to find out the OWNER made last call at 10 pm!!!!! Yes it was about 8 pm but come on for a bar that is still early. They do have good food and GREAT staff but the owner is slowly killing his own business with this new last call time.
