The store manager, Mrs. Sheila was not helpful when it came to me returning a prepaid cellphone that was never used. She said there policy was they could not return electronics. I asked her to contact the District Manager for me and she was trying to contact her while walking away from me. I walked around the store for 15-20 minutes before tracking her back down to find out the response. She was in the back of the store stocking shelves and didn't have the courtesy to tell me anything about the response she got from the DM. I showed her the DG return policy on my tablet saying that " If you are not satisfied with ANY product, you CAN return it." I called the 800 # and talked to customer service and they told me District would call me within 24 hours. Mrs. Jennifer called me about 30 mins ago and it only took 1 hour to get a response from them and she told me to bring the phone back tomorrow for a full refund. A young man named Jamarion helped me locate the battery I needed and showed me how to install it. Today I have filed a complaint with the corporate office in TN and included pictures of the merchandise stacked up in the isles. I hope this gets someones attention.
