Dollar Tree — Local services in Quitman

This store is horrible!!! I would give NO stars if that were a possibility. There are items all over the floor. The employee, older woman with glasses and salt and pepper gray hair.. I assume a manager talks very loudly even hollering back and forth across the store with customers. The day I was in there Friday August 19th, 2022 the fire marshal had just left and the employee was telling everyone that entered the store or called the store that Dollar Tree had 30 days to make repairs or the store in her words (they shutting us down). The employee even made and took personal calls on her cell phone, she made everyone she spoke to whether they cared or not aware of the potential closure. That is no way to conduct business professionally. This is the most unprofessional and disorganized Dollar Tree I have ever been to. This employee undoubtedly dislikes her job tremendously. I hope this issue is corrected. This employee should not be working for or managing Dollar Tree or any other business for that matter. This store is filthy and smells. There is a tarp in the ceiling and has a drain hose going into a garbage can in the middle of the isle. Walking in the door is nasty and has trash everywhere. I stood at the register and waited for the cashier and finally had to say hello is there anyone working here. He finally got to the register and was clearly upset because he had customers ready to check out. Never spoke a word very rude. With this kind of treatment I will never step foot in this disgusting...

I frequently stop at Dollar Trees every time I pass a new one. I was going through Quitman and stopped in to see what all they had at this store. I shopped and found everything that I needed. April was the store manager that was working today. She was very helpful, polite, and offered recommendations for things, when I asked. She was not only helpful but she was doing everything in the store ALONE. She deserves a raise and a day off! Thank you April for your help...
