Ordered Valentine's Day flowers a week ago for my wife. As of 8 p.m. they are still not here. At 6 p.m. someone called to ask if someone was home in Winnsboro to accept delivery because they were on their way. I said yes. Two hours later still nothing. Their store is ten minutes from my house At 8 p.m. I called the main number. They told me they had two deliveries in Winnsboro. I indicated that as it was 8 p.m. and it was still not here that I was very disappointed. Their excuse was that they were busy. I said again that I was disappointed and would not order from them again. The lady's reply in a sarcastic tone was "Good" and good-bye and then she hung up. Not very good customer service. She could have offered a discount for the late delivery on this or a next order or tried to explain things in further detail but instead chose to be rude. I had called the shop to place an order and was greeted by a very kind and helpful lady who understood my concerns about the floral arrangement and went out of her way to ensure the arrangement was absolutely gorgeous! I was so pleased that I cried. I wanted a beautiful arrangement to honor my loved one. I described a photo that I saw on their website, and the shop called me back to offer their opinion of the prettiest and freshest flowers available for my needs. This shop met and exceeded my expectations!! My great niece ran up to me at the funeral home to gush about how beautiful the arrangement was and to assure me that the flowers were going home with her to be enjoyed and admired. Thank you! 5/4/25 Ordered through their website and paid for an azalea to be delivered on Mother’s Day (to my mom who lives 1.3 miles from their shop).
5/11/25 Didn’t hear from them on Mother’s Day so I called at 8pm and was told they didn’t have the azalea I ordered (they never contacted me about this). They offered to send something different the following day. I politely said no and asked for a refund.
5/16/25 The following Friday I called to see if they issued the refund and they said they had no idea what I was talking about. Karen said she was busy but would “look into it” later.
5/20/25 I called on Tuesday and Karen said she didn’t remember who I was and said she’d look for it or ask Judy.
5/24/25 Two weeks later, no refund had been issued so I ended up disputing it with my credit...
