Sugarland Shopping Center — Local services in Raceland

It’s a shame the people who own this do. Half the buildings are trashed and gutted and the only way they will lease them is if someone will fix their building out of their own pocket. We tried to open a business there and were told we could get 6 months free rent if we took the building as is with over $100k worth of repairs needed just to open the doors. Unfortunately because of the owner it’s more than likely going to remain and empty, ugly, eyesore...

Had I coupons for breakfast crassaunt and because they didn't have any number on it they would not accept it. My mom eats there every time we are out .she said she wants her last meal to be a ham egg and cheese crassaunt.well if it was up to me I would never eat there again. The only reason I will be going in there is because she can't talk to make her order....

Can't even force myself to say anything negative about this place. Wish the flea market was still there. I dont go much, but when I need its there.
