Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen — Restaurant in Raceland

I have never left a bad review HOWEVER!!!!! My visit was HORRIBLE !! For starters I stood at the counter WAY too long not to be greeted. I ordered a 3pc combo mild. The lady,"who seemed as if she didnt want to be there" told me the mild was cooking , it would be 5 or 10 minutes so thank her, take my receipt and have a seat close to the front counter, I wait and wait and wait. During the THIRTY minute wait I notice that the last 3 customers that had came in , ordered, and left ordered MILD chicken??? I ask the folks why they just served 3 customers mild chicken and I didnt get mine yet :/ The lady says NOTHIN she grabs a bag from the far end of the prep table and plops it on the counter and walks away!!!!!! I guess from sitting so long....the chicken had cooled to warm, the coleslaw had heated to warm, and the fries were cool and soggy!! I tried to contact upper management twice I believe i was told someone would contact me?,,,,, never got a response!! FUNNY thing is when they get it right this is the best and "only" chicken for 15 miles! I have gone back!!! I just behave like it the "soup natzi" kitchen on "SEINFELD" I don't want to hear the words "NO CHICKEN FOR YOU" VISIT AT YOUR OWN RISK!!!!! I think a KFC right next door would...

No straws, ketchup, etc out by the fountain drinks. I had to get up & wait until staff was finished with other customers before I could get a straw & then again for ketchup. I purchased the two to dine for $10.99. I asked for all white meat. I thought there were 4 pieces of chicken so I asked if she could cook 2 spicy & 2 mild. Staff says it comes with 5 pieces. As I'm talking to my friend who I'm sharing the meal with, the staff says, "No worries. We'll just split it in half." 5 pieces split in half?!? Anyway, when I received my food, there was 1 wing, 1 breast, 1 thigh, & two legs. I didn't bother with complaining or asking for them to switch anything out. Especially after hearing she was going to split the 5 pieces of chicken mild & spicy! Almost every time we dine, there is a worker who spends more than 10 minutes in the restroom while patrons are in line waiting. One decided to go use the men's restroom bc it was taking so long. I'm not one to usually give reviews, much less a negative review. However, something has to give. Poor management! Get your workers to do...

This is not the first time I have been to Popeyes , as a matter of fact we go to pick up supper once a week .My problem is the people there give us trouble every time we go there .The y either give us the wrong dinners r they forget an item r they give us spicy chicken (can't handle the heat ) instead of mild .Now why if we get such bad service do we still go there , we'll it's the good chicken no ! the great chicken. If we had another place around us with this great chicken we would go there instead .But unfortunately we don't. So week after week we go there & wait for our order to c what we got .We park off out of the way & open up the boxes to c what we got .We don't live that close , so that we could take it back so . . . .
