Class Six — Local services in Radcliff

I used to have the best experience at the class six in the eight years I’ve lived here. But lately it’s been shit trying to get through to them on the phone and the phone customer service has been horrible.

The prices themselves are amazing, but would not recommend trying to call them to find anything out unless you have an insane amount of time on your hands to wait because they NEVER answer the phone. It’s non stop waiting or being routed back to the px with excuse after excuse. They say they can’t get anyone even when the class six is open. Last week I called from 9am-11am trying to get a person looking for a bottle of bourbon until I finally got an actual person to answer the phone.

Then today I called around 9 something and they couldn’t get through to anyone at the class six and kept sending the call back to the px, the lady answering the phone there wasn’t very nice to begin with. Finally got through to the class six around 11:20 and the guy who answered the phone didn’t even look for what I called about just said “it doesn’t look like we have it”. I called the store today 12/31/2017 to ask two questions. The person who answered the phone did not answer my first question instead she said the store was not open and hung up. The posted times on the website for Sunday are 11:00am to 6;00pm. There was also a note that the hours may be different for New Year’s Eve. When I called the store there was no options for a recorded message with the change in hours. Below are the questions I was trying to ask.

(1) Is Oliver’s wine on sale today? (2) What are the store hours for today?

The person who answered the phone did not answer my first question before hanging up so I was not able to ask the second question. When she told me that the store was not open she did not offer to tell me the store hours for today.

Some of the best selection I have seen in a while, a lot of beers can be obtained here that are very hard to come by elsewhere, in my opinion.
