Starbucks — Restaurant in Kentucky

Starbucks is an American café chain specializing in coffee drinks and convenient small-portion foods. This SB location is inside the AAFES food court of Fort Knox, Kentucky. As a food court location, this SB does not have the comfortable searing and café atmosphere that other locations are known for. Rather, it opens into the food court general seating. This would be an excellent place to open a Starbucks. They’re consistently out of the signature & seasonal coffee drinks that they advertise on their menu as well as basic ingredients such as oat milk and almond milk. They don’t (and never) have the green stoppers used to help keep beverages warm. I feel bad for the baristas working there, as they are always polite and fast with the drinks (which usually taste delicious) despite their obvious lack of competent leadership...

I waited 27 minutes after I paid for a drink and never received it. They kept putting other cups in front of mine and never made my order. I asked the barista about it and she was to confused to understand. The manager(?) bullied in to tell me just to be patient while he moved my cup to the back of the line...
