Update: We received a call from Elegant Home Design about a month ago concerning the review I gave them. He said he would schedule an appointment for someone to come and make the needed repairs. Needless to say we haven’t heard anything else from him. And no repairs have been done. Very disappointed customer.
The bad experience started on the first day of flooring installation and got worse. A job that should have taken 4-5 days took 4 weeks. We have some places that need to be repaired because the guy put in broken flooring. We told the owner but have yet to get a response. I would not recommend this...

After having issues I'd reliability of workers and the company finally got done in April mixed up orders, nobody showing up to work, coordination issues. Had flooring issues since the start but was told it's the way the floor is. Nope. It's because when air duct was closed the subfloor wasn't replaced as one piece. So now the floor has dips. I have emailed Josh many times about this and always get the same reply, "I'll send my flooring guy out". Nobody ever shows. Now my cabinet is separated in the corner at the ceiling. Asked to have that fixed. Same reply, "I'll send a guy". Still nothing here. Love my kitchen but the process was awful. Never will I...
