Terrible experience. Delivery was a total of 17.5 hrs late.

I went into the store to purchase a washer/dryer, paid in full, and we agreed on a delivery time on Friday at 6 pm. I initially wanted a 3:30 pm, the gentleman asked if I would consider 6 pm, which is their last appt of the day. I said sure, and moved some things around.

On delivery day, they did not show up for 30 minutes. I called the store 4 times before they picked up. The guy told me they are running behind and can come at 7:30 pm. I told him I couldn’t do that, to which he responded they usually try to delivery within 40 min- 1 hr of the scheduled time. I told him that should have been communicated with me beforehand. We rescheduled for the following morning at 11 am.

Following morning, they don’t show up. I call 3x before they pickup. The guy says ‘we delivered yesterday’. I said no, you did not show up, and we rescheduled for this morning. Then he remembers the situation and says ‘oh sorry, okay we can deliver today’. I said when, he said sometime today. I expressed that I scheduled an appointment because I can’t hangout all day waiting on them. I told him I’d like to cancel the order all together at this point. Then he said how about if I come in 25 minutes. I said not unless he refunds the delivery and installation cost I paid of $100. He said how about just the delivery of $50. I said only if he actually shows up in the next 25 minutes- he said how about in the next 45 minutes? I said okay. (At this point I’m trying to meet him halfway).

They do show up around 25 minutes later, and after installation, the guy tells me I have to drive all the way down to their store for the refund. I asked why he didn’t say this on the phone because I don’t have time to drive to the store (this is an extra 1 hr drive for me). I asked if he can zelle/venmo, or had cash, he said no. He said I have to come to the store.

I did not receive a refund and do not have the time to go to the store. I’m extremely frustrated at the lack of communication, lack of respect for appointment times and the time of the client, AND the customer service. I will not be returning for...

Okay. So we bought a washer. Brand new. Got the year warranty on it and was happy. Two months later it doesn’t work. Showing an error code. We called the store they told us for 4 days someone was coming to fix it. No call no show for 4 days. We finally call again and speak to the rudest person I’ve ever spoke too named Arnold. When I say he was rude and cut me off in the middle of me talking so he could talk to someone else as if I wasn’t ever speaking. Then telling me. Well you haven’t spoke to me before so I don’t know what your issue is. Clearly you need to start from the beginning. Had this not been an ongoing issue I would have hung up on him. Fast forward the next day a guy comes and says your warranty with the store is only 30 days. You have to call the manufacturer of the washer and tell them to handle this. So the store is only responsible to handle this for the first 30 days? Then I deal with it??? This has been the worst experience I’ve ever dealt with and from now on I will not recommend them to NOBODY!!! But wanted to press me for a 5star review after delivery then for me to see all these 5 stars. lol this has been a joke to say the least. PS. To The guy that came and fixed our washer. He was actually their service guy you would have our business any day. Not only did you fix our washer you stayed for an entire cycle to make sure it worked. I typed in my delivery info, paid by card, and was told they would deliver by that evening (delivering over an hour away). Come to find out, they essentially loaded up the appliances and headed directly to my home. The delivery crew was very kind and professional - delivered, installed with the correct attachments and without issue, and hauled away the old machines. And all inclusive pricing which was less than half the cost of my quotes with the leading box stores. 5 stars! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Only thing that could have been improved would be offering a pay-over-the-phone option or online website payment and schedule delivery vs needing to purchase physically in the store. But after my experience today, I’m a dedicated customer

From the minute we walked in the door we were greeted with friendly smiling faces and they helped us through the whole process. There were so many to choose from and we weren’t able to buy one that day. When I returned a week later almost all had been sold but they were so helpful in still finding me a nicer model which I could afford. We chose to pay a nominal fee for delivery. We had it in the house and hooked up and cooling in less than 24 hours from purchase. The guys who delivered it were so so nice and friendly and helpful. I’m so grateful for all of them. They made this experience much more pleasant and I definitely recommend you al go see them! Don’t pay full price! Go see what they have to offer!

From the minute we walked in the door we were greeted with friendly smiling faces and they helped us through the whole process. There were so many to choose from and we weren’t able to buy one that day. When I returned a week later almost all had been sold but they were so helpful in still finding me a nicer model which I could afford. We chose to pay a nominal fee for delivery.
