Terrible experience. Delivery was a total of 17.5 hrs late.
I went into the store to purchase a washer/dryer, paid in full, and we agreed on a delivery time on Friday at 6 pm. I initially wanted a 3:30 pm, the gentleman asked if I would consider 6 pm, which is their last appt of the day. I said sure, and moved some things around.
On delivery day, they did not show up for 30 minutes. I called the store 4 times before they picked up. The guy told me they are running behind and can come at 7:30 pm. I told him I couldnât do that, to which he responded they usually try to delivery within 40 min- 1 hr of the scheduled time. I told him that should have been communicated with me beforehand. We rescheduled for the following morning at 11 am.
Following morning, they donât show up. I call 3x before they pickup. The guy says âwe delivered yesterdayâ. I said no, you did not show up, and we rescheduled for this morning. Then he remembers the situation and says âoh sorry, okay we can deliver todayâ. I said when, he said sometime today. I expressed that I scheduled an appointment because I canât hangout all day waiting on them. I told him Iâd like to cancel the order all together at this point. Then he said how about if I come in 25 minutes. I said not unless he refunds the delivery and installation cost I paid of $100. He said how about just the delivery of $50. I said only if he actually shows up in the next 25 minutes- he said how about in the next 45 minutes? I said okay. (At this point Iâm trying to meet him halfway).
They do show up around 25 minutes later, and after installation, the guy tells me I have to drive all the way down to their store for the refund. I asked why he didnât say this on the phone because I donât have time to drive to the store (this is an extra 1 hr drive for me). I asked if he can zelle/venmo, or had cash, he said no. He said I have to come to the store.
I did not receive a refund and do not have the time to go to the store. Iâm extremely frustrated at the lack of communication, lack of respect for appointment times and the time of the client, AND the customer service. I will not be returning for...

We called the store they told us for 4 days someone was coming to fix it. No call no show for 4 days. We finally call again and speak to the rudest person Iâve ever spoke too named Arnold. When I say he was rude and cut me off in the middle of me talking so he could talk to someone else as if I wasnât ever speaking. Then telling me. Well you havenât spoke to me before so I donât know what your issue is. Clearly you need to start from the beginning. Had this not been an ongoing issue I would have hung up on him. Fast forward the next day a guy comes and says your warranty with the store is only 30 days. You have to call the manufacturer of the washer and tell them to handle this. So the store is only responsible to handle this for the first 30 days? Then I deal with it??? This has been the worst experience Iâve ever dealt with and from now on I will not recommend them to NOBODY!!!
