We purchased a brand new camper on June 28. We brought the camper home on July 4th. We went to put some belongings in our camper on July 13th and noticed our camper had taken on water in the back storage area, bathroom, and pantry. There was so much water the whole under belly of camper had popped loose. We contacted the dealership RV Vaule Mart in Asheboro NC. We took the camper there on July 19th for them to inspect and do a water test. They contacted us back and sent an email stating that both doors were never sealed from the manufacture Forest River. We expressed that we did not want possession back of that camper not unless it had a mold inspection. The camper was made Jan 1, 2025 so it has been leaking since it left the yard in Indiana. The dealership has had our camper in their possession for over 6 weeks. We have had to cancel a trip that cost $50 to cancel. We have made first payment on the camper only to find out that the dealer didn’t even have the camper covered on their lot for the last 6 weeks so it has taken on more water. The dealership has now fixed the doors but Forest River is denying our certified mold test. We purchased a brand new 38000.00 dollar camper that now has water damage and they are denying our mold test? I feel that this dealership hasn’t done their fair share either to make it right. One of the managers went as far as telling us that they will have the camper delivered to our drive way as is and we can pay for it as is. We have all the videos, pictures and emails. In other words we are not...
Read moreI have had a dream of owner a camper for 15 years and after going to another place that was a hard no. I was suggested to look into RV Value Mart primarily for their financing options. After inquiring online, I was contacted by Craig… he listened, understood my goals and went above and beyond to tell me my options to include knowing it wasn’t a hard no for what I wanted. Then I spoke with Chase in financing, he listened and is compassionate and in literally minutes had answers for me along with an amazing approval offer. I set an appt to see the camper and take it home, I met with Hayden who did an amazing job at educating me on all the new info I needed and getting everything set up to go. Craig took more time to go over things with me and to ensure my comfortability in it all. I know I was nervous and it probably showed too but he was certain to give me tips and pointers and set my mind at ease all the way up to the drive off. Lastly I met with Garet for all the signing and information, he really worked to make the numbers great! I truly appreciate the extra effort each one of them put in. All together this team truly treats you like part of the family and makes an effort to work for your wants and needs. Owner a camper had significant meaning for me for many reasons, even though it was of personal importance, this team made it feel like it was very relevant and not at all out of reach. I strongly recommend RV Value Mart, if it can happen, they are definitely the ones who will...
Read moreUpdate: A rep reached out, offered apologies, and basically forgot us. Appreciate the reach out, but ultimately changed nothing about my original review. Previous Review: Concerning a Pre-Owned 2018 Pioneer RV 2 stars cause the delivery guy was so cool. I don't know the specifics between buyer and seller as I am just the delivery point guy, first time dealing with an RV. Interior was not cleaned, found trash and debris behind furniture, trash and insects (new house beetles and hornets that I have never seen around here before) in the floor vents once we started sanitizing, and a general level of no care to cleanliness. AC intake vents were covered in dust. The bedding had to be replaced as it was covered in pet hair. The power hookup was pulling away from the frame and looked to have been covered up with silicone. No valve stem caps on the tires. Soft spots in the corners of the rear flooring. Black tank was nearly full, grey tank was half full. The plumbing is definitely not factory, but did incidentally help with bypassing the pump valve leaking into the fresh tank. A few other small issues as well. For the reviews to be so good, I am surprised this camper is in such poor overall condition with how much could and has been easily addressed (by me). They did spray the tires with tire shine, so at least they look nice? I feel like this was in use, they just decided to sell it, and pulled it straight to the delivery address after unplugging everything with...
