Stopped going here due to a severe injury I had last year. Figured I’d keep my membership going then noticed the charges stopped, which turns out was due to them shutting down for a few months from the Corona Virus. When they opened back up they charged an incorrect credit card for three months. Now I have a debt collector charging me $226 because no one attempted to call me. You’d think someone would have called after the first month of a missed payment. The manager called me back and stated he sent me an email at the end of July. Cool, I didn’t know email was the proper business way of doing things especially from a missed payment. Especially when a lot of emails I get go straight to my spam folder.
So now here I sit having to fork over $226 because no one called to tell me they charged the incorrect card for my membership 3 months in a row. This is how they treat a member of 7 years and a Afghanistan War veteran...

   Read moreThis gym is very well kept and very clean. People wipe down machines and the place is vacuumed daily. This is the gym I live closest to but I will say I "like" the gym off of Armstrong a little more. Simply put the other facility has a couple things that this one doesn't have such as an ab cruncher, a forearm wrist roller and it feels more spacious than 167th. As well this facility only has 3 bench presses whereas the Armstrong facility has at least 4 or 5 I think. I still come to this gym the most but if you prefer an ab cruncher for ab workouts or plan to bench press during busy hours, I might recommend the...

The restrooms and showers are cleaned regularly (I see the people cleaning them) and are really nice for this area. It's easy to start to recognize the other members the more you go, which is nice.
