DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE! I have used this service several times in the past few months, and something has gone wrong almost ever time--for example food was late, or food was cold. Those are minor and I can overlook that, but the last 2 times I've ordered have been the worst. One of the times, FoodJets forgot half the order and they promised to refund the food that I didn't get. I spoke to both the driver that night, and a customer service representative who assured me the cost would be refunded. When I didn't see it by mid the next week, I called back and I was told they were working on it. I never saw the refund. This latest order, I ordered my food tonight at 5pm. I was informed that it would arrive between 6:48 and 7:03. Then I was told was delayed to between 7:03 and 7:18. At that point FoodJets called me to tell me that the restaurant was out of something I ordered because they had taken so long to put the order in. After that call, it was further delayed to between 7:33 and 7:48. My latest email now says between 8:51 and 9:05. REALLY, for food ordered at 5pm?!!!! When I spoke to customer service, they said they didn't know why it was taking so long, but they couldn't do anything about it. He offered to cancel and refund the order, or give me a credit to my account (which doesn't matter if I don't use them again). When I mentioned that I never was refunded for the previous order I didn't receive, he informed me he couldn't do anything for that one because it was over two weeks since the order (even though I had spoken twice to customer service within the 2 weeks). He also told me that he can't refund my order because he is afraid that I am trying to "cheat the system" by making such a claim. Needless to say, it is 8:40pm and I still don't have the food that was ordered at 5pm, and this company does not honor refunds (even when they don't deliver the food). Meals are from local restaurants (made and packaged exclusively for this service); Meals are still warm when they arrive. Not only is there a convenience factor, but you may find a new restaurant to try after trying out their food through this service. The dinner menu seems to have a better selection if you're not a vegetable lover, but there are still great choices some days on the lunch menu. Though the portions of food vary depending on the dish and preparing restaurant, the prices seem well aligned with each menu item. Delivery times are great - there's usually a driver close by. Times I've seen for my 3 orders to date have been between 2 minutes and 9 minutes. Delivery from most places that offer it can be from 30 minutes to 2+ hours.
You also receive an automated call / text when the delivery is 1-2 minutes away so you can meet the driver. The call / text is airplane themed to go along with the theme everything else related to the service does. The vehicles are easily identified with white / blue / orange paint and...

It's a shame since I actually kinda like their food options before they revamped but now they changed to an already over saturated trend like grubhub, door dash, postmates, etc but unlike the other services they only deliver from very limited areas with MUCH LESS options. So if you live DT you cannot get food you like that's in another area and vice versa. They also say 30 minutes but where i work and places I order is longer than that to get to me so really not a lot of difference anymore on timeframe unlike their 10 minutes before. Plus they only start at 11am while I start work much earlier and take a early lunch so other places work much better for me.
Calling customer service to resolve an issue was never resolved although promised for a credit and got a rude tone. Their prices overall are the same and certain things are shady IMHO like auto generating 15% tip on checkout that you have to change.
