Their website answers a lot of questions and is a great resource to read through (I'm more of a planner and I like to know and envision exactly what will happen on party day), I felt like I knew exactly what to expect before I even booked the rental.

It's a whole day rental for a flat fee and they also give suggestions for set up and propose circumstances where you may need to rent additional equipment for them. They text you a couple of days before to tell you when they will drop off.
