Beware of the sipping scam this company is known for.
I wish I would have believed what has been said in other reviews regarding being quoted one price and then the company receives the funds and calls a day later to say that they made a mistake and now need more money to ship the order.
They stated the agent I was dealing with was new and didn’t know the process to ship to Canada. I verified numerous times with the agent I was working with if the final price included shipping and duty in Canada. When I asked why a new employees work wasn’t looked over by a supervisor or the owner him self before excepting full payment, the owner said he’s not going to sit here and keep scrutinizing the agent.
We ended up having to pay an additional $408 to get it back into Canada. We simply asked to be reimbursed those funds as we were told the original quoted price included those fees.
I Just got off the phone with the owner John, who said that he has lost enough money on the transaction, and is unwilling to refund the remaining customs fees that we incurred to pick up our order and bring it back to Canada in a timely manner. We were quoted originally it would be delivered to our front door by July 8th, it wasn’t shipped until July 18th and we didn’t receive it until July 24th.
READ all their reviews and be VERY VERY hesitant on sending full payment. Make sure to speak to the owner to ensure that you are being quoted properly and in completion.

Ordered a slide in March and had email confirmation I’d get slide in 10-12 weeks. I was told when I called to check on order that it would not be on time when I had already advertised this slide to customers and rented it. Finally got it and it came without led zipper installed, not enough stakes to safely tie down, no advertisement attachment like I was told I’d get in order. Owner argued with me over hour about sending the slide back(even though it was rented so I would loose over $1500 if I sent it back)/taking to Atlanta to get repaired which would take 5 hours round trip and then didn’t want to pay for my gas and time even though I shouldn’t have to take slide to get repaired in the first place. 🤯 finally concluded that because I’d have to come down on price to rent as is, he’d pay me for the lost money the weekend of the fourth due to it not having led capability, $250 to take to Atalanta and pay for repair which was fine but when I called tell him it would be longer than we planned to get slide to Atlanta, he said he only agreed to pay bill for led installment. I really don’t understand how this is business is successful with an owner like this.
Also, the slide I got was only 18’ tall but is heavier than all of my bigger slides up to 21’. Which owner bragged how light it was. I called in March, 2021 and spoke with Martin. Very knowledgeable employee, help answer all my questions. He explained upfront it would be mid July before I received my order because of how busy they are. I understood. I put my $200 deposit down for an 18ft water slide. Two weeks later I ended up calling him and putting another $200 deposit for a 16ft water slide. As I’m waiting, I had a 12 by 12 shed built in my backyard to store the slides (Over $2500 in cost), purchased multiple tables and chairs, tarps, laptop ($1500) strictly for business and other smaller items. I called Martin in July and he said they were behind and we have to push the dead line back to end of July, again, understood, didn’t make a big deal, just a bummer since I wanted August and September to see how the business would do. Here we are in August, I called Martin on the 9th and asked him for status. He apologized, and said he would get with the production manager to find out where they are with my order and would call me back by end of day. August 17, and no call from anyone. It’s laughable at this point, I’m not even mad, just be real and tell me what is going on with my order, am I getting the slides just to store them in my shed for the winter???
