Miraleste Liquor & Deli — Local services in Rancho Palos Verdes

Went here with my boyfriend to grab a bottle of water. The clerk who was friendly to the previous customer fell silent when we walked in. My boyfriend spoke to her and she returned it by rolling her eyes and scowling.

I told him that I would not spend money in place where the clerk not only won’t speak, but scowls.

Maybe the mom and pop of the shop should have been there instead of this...

When you need some milk or bread and don't want to drive too far, this is the spot, the store has almost everything you need. Its open almost everyday til late. Not a bad place to shop but keep in mind the prices are just bit more than and regular Market.

Rude, rude, RUDE. I call this place "Unfriendly Liquor" because the owner & family are consistently surly and rude. Today I went to redeem a couple of winning scratchers & the owner threw them back on the counter & thrust a penny towards me, saying, "scratch" in an insulting tone. Apparently I had failed to scratch off the bar code! No excuse for taking that tone...
