A rare find. My 4 year old Dell XPS crashed upon startup and wouldn't cooperate. After researching many repair places I decided to try Bob based on reviews. We talked and I brought the patient into his place of business(very local) around 12:30pm on 10/12. Bob was pretty confident he could help. Hardly 24 hours later I got a call that my PC was ready. Ok, I was already prepared to lose some or many files that were not backed up. I got the patient back home and it started right up in record speed, faster than it had run in quite some time. I had some minimal reinstalling of printer, backup etc. Lo and behold I discovered that Bob was able to save pretty much all of my files and saved items. Not only was his work fast and stellar, but his rate was very reasonable and Bob was easy to work with. He will get any future business from me, my friends and family. Very chill dude. I came in with a faulty Network connection at a hardware level, and he managed to fix the problem for 75 bucks within a day and wrote several scripts to optimize my network performance. He is very knowledgeable and very crafty in his approach. If you have need a precious computer fixed, you can't go wrong with this place.

PS: Dude used to fix up race cars before starting fixing up computers as a profession. Would love to pick his brain on car...
