What a fantastic resource to have in our community. All the Jura machine models are on display and available to interact with. Machines (both new and reconditioned), accessories and supplies are available for sale, and you can conveniently drop off your machine for service if required. More importantly, you can use and otherwise fully evaluate the machines before buying.

I have personally purchased 2 high end machines here (Giga 5 and Giga 6) and confidently referred several friends and colleagues to Scott (who runs the show). There is no one in any retail location I’ve seen who knows these machines and demonstrates them as well as Scott, and the ability to interact with the machine and even taste the product (with your own coffee, if desired) before buying is a completely unique opportunity offered at the Hospitality Center in Mt. Joy, PA.

The Jura machines are game-changers. Sophisticated in design and functionality, a superior, crema topped, freshly ground and brewed coffee from beans to cup is only the press of a button away. I could go on and on about the integrated bean grinders, the ability to use pre ground coffee and produce finely frothed milk foam and accessories like the Cool Control countertop milk refrigeration unit, cup warmers, etc. Suffice to say that the above (and more) combines to generate an unparalleled user experience.

Drink Quality? These machines made my Keurig seem like a dispenser of warmed, pumpkin spiced swamp water.

These machines are not cheap, but imagine no more expensive, mail order / hard to source pods or over fermented, mass produced k-cups. getting away from the pods has opened us up to try locally (freshly) roasted whole bean coffee and other artisanal creations from around the country and the world and the versatility of the Jura machines lets you specify everything from the grind consistency to the desired brew strength so you can optimize the machine to whatever roast...

I have take my machines here twice for repair and maintenance . I cannot express adequately how pleased I was by their service and professionalism. I dealt with Scott this visit and his Uncle on my prior visit.they were both very helpful answered questions made suggestions on how to better maintain my machine and make better beverages. They followed up my visit with phone calls after my visit to see if all was well. I should mention the visits were for 2 different machines. They also sell preloved machines( if you are looking to get your morning cup-a without getting out of your pjs) that make it easy on your wallet.

Can a business get even better? When it comes to The Jura Hospitality Center the answer is Yes. Wish I could give it 10 stars. My walk- in repair was taken in quickly, I was given a time to return , my cell number taken in case it was done earlier than anticipated. They found a couple of other issues than the one I came in for and fixed them as well. The machine looks like new! I can’t wait to make my cappuccino tomorrow morning! Did I mention I drive 2 hours to use their services ?...

Was told my machine was repaired but going through an hour and a half of testing and cleaning before I could pick it...
