The woman who was working at the counter was a little rude and condescending. The lady that delivers our mail is super sweet and a pleasure to talk to. You can't call the post office here. The only number listed is a 800 number and is the main number for the federal office. No local numbers. There is a problem with the emails they send out. You sometimes won't get the package on the date the email said. All week I was emailed that a package would be delivered on Thursday, May 25. They're never busy, over crowded, and never have a line backed up to the door. This post office has some of the nicest people working here and I've been to so many different post offices from Pennsylvania dow to Florida. Just comparing it to Valdosta's post office id much rather go to this one. There's no way you can call these people. Customer service is absolutely nonexistent. If you call and say you want to talk to a person, it just loops you back to the main menu endlessly and you never ever get to talk to anybody. These people forget they work for the taxpayers. They should...
