Northstar Apartments — Local services in Raymondville

I don’t recommend this apartment to anyone. Manager Diana charges extra for any little thing that doesn’t need to be over charged for. Rent goes higher for an apartment that needs a lot of work to be done! Lived there for 2 years and went through so many maintenance guys. Also the pool is always closed and needs to be cleaned. Flooding was really bad there and could reach your front door. The trash is always full and would reach to our apartment. And I had neighbors that were really bad with fighting and manager didn’t do anything about it for 2 years. Also had neighbors in the front that would be looking at everything we would do and spread rumors. Something needs to be done. North Star...

Worst place to live. They don't take care of their tenants at all. It floods all the time, and the manager doesn't care about your needs in the apartment. DO NOT RENT HERE. They raise the rent every year , and the rent is too high for the apartments to look like trash. They don't maintain the apartment like they should.
