. I always come here and it’s always an older gentleman who’s very nice and caring and always helpful around the laundry mat when me and my husband are there. Well today I came in 2/21/25 and I had a decent amount of laundry I had about 4 big bags and I used up only 2 of the big washers that they had considering they have 4 of them. I set a timer on my phone to the timer on the machine so I know when my laundry is done and I have to take it out not even 5 mins after my timer goes off me and my husband go in to this lady who is taking our clothes out the washer for these other 2 ladies not even 5MINS AFTER MY CLOTHES ARE DONE. I come inside and the ladies waiting to use the washers were extremely rude looking me and my husband up and down giving us dirty looks. I absolutely hate that extremely rude and ignorant. We come inside and we finish taking our clothes out of the dryer after they have already been touched by someone else not knowing if they have been dropped on the floor or not I do not like others touching my belongings. The entire time they are all standing there talking crap about us. I hate being talked down on especially by an employee of the laundry mat that’s super unprofessional and disrespectful. They continue to talk and give us dirty looks. The dryers I always use the lady said they were not working after she came over to me before I started washing my clothes and said yes all these washers and dryers over here work came back and told me that none of the dryers work on that side after this situation with these women. I’d have to use the ones at the other end of the laundry mat. She did this because she didn’t want me and my husband drying our clothes by the ladies who are using the recent washers we were using again this is highly unprofessional and ignorant. I’m highly upset because I’ve come to this laundry mat for awhile I finally found one I liked and I no longer like it because I was disrespected. I do not know this lady’s name after first she was super helpful and then she wasn't she got rude when the other ladies came in to do their laundry. She kept coming over and touching our dryers to see if they were “working” . For a place to have all those washers and dryers and only have about 7-10 of them working is some complete bullcrap.. I never wanna come do laundry and feel uncomfortable like...

I would rate this place 3.5 stars rather than anything below or higher because the not all the dryers work very well, and you pay 25 cents for 6 minutes (only 4 minutes in the giant machines). The laundromat on Cotton Street is cheaper for more time (25 cents = 10 minutes) and that used to be worth it much going there instead a couple years ago, even though I haven't tried this one out since the one on Cotton is closer to me... but now it's been different ever since the 3rd new owners to the laundromat on Cotton Street owned the laundromat there. That laundromat went downhill & now, it is closed because it was shutdown by the city due to unsafe equipment for consumers or whatever. Plus the new owners were awful! So, this laundromat became the alternative one to go to since...

Tenders lecture for everything, constantly hovers near customers. Place has almost nowhere to sit and wait for your laundry, especially considering you may spend an hour or two here. Also the washers are expensive, $5 per wash and their cheaper ones out often. There's so many passive-aggressive notes and signs everywhere also lecturing customers about kids, bathroom, coins, washers, dryers, radios, baskets and tables. Only upside was the place here has good dryers that dried in about 15 mins. I had a much better experience at Laundry King a few...
