I had wanted to try Spring Brook Farm Cheese for a while, both because it was highly recommended and also to support their mission of giving underprivileged city kids a chance to enjoy the country and learn about how cheese is made. I am glad I did! I tried all three cheese varieties offered. Each was shipped promptly and arrived cool, even though I had ordered to Florida in the height of the summer.
