What a sad situation. The owner of Construction Supply handles his business like a whiny pre-teen who doesn't get his way.

After spending more than $50,000 on a new home construction project that I general contracted, the owner of Construction Supply and my deck builder had a disagreement. Construction Supply then canceled the rest of my orders and left me stranded in the middle of a my project without having any type contact from management or the owner. The owner and the accounting department have continued to refuse to speak with me.

With all of my bills paid and Construction Supply owing me a credit for materials which I ordered and they decided to not sell to me, they decided to cut off communication. It's been more than five months and Construction Supply still will not send me my final lien waiver for the bank to convert my construction loan...

Horrible customer service, uninformed and inadequate employees. Called on two separate occasions to place an order, was told on both occasions they would deliver and the delivery gave the delivery fee. Then after charging my credit card, they called back and said that they would not be able to deliver.
