Very nice, family owned storage facility with new, clean units and they are very friendly and make sure you're happy with the cleanliness of the unit before you move stuff in. I was organizing stuff in my unit in the middle of the summer and was drenched with sweat when the female owner had come out to introduce herself and had offered me a water to make sure I didn't get dehydrated and sick while out there. Very affordable and they provide the locks and keys and also provide each renter with a flashlight in case you have to enter your unit at night. Very clean, rodent and insect free...

Rented a unit for my dad to store his belongings in 2019. The facility only takes cash or check, which is a huge pain when you are out of state. They also charge you late fees when USPS doesn't get your money there in time (despite postmarks). Seems like they raise their rates every few months. I finally had enough and moved my dad's belongings to a different place a few months ago. I gave the lady a 30 day clean out notice, swept unit, and left keys before end of month; yet my dad's deposit was never returned...bad...
