What a great experience it was to work with Carlos at Rise Custom Apparel! This was our second time placing an order after satisfactory results from the first. From the moment I met Carlos, he has been friendly, helpful, and efficient. He answered every question I had with great patience. He definitely enjoys what he does and it shows as he explains the process. Even after I had placed the tshirt order, I added caps to it and, just as quickly, he had a proof ready for me. If this wasn’t enough, Carlos and his team had both orders printed and ready for me before the estimated time!! They knew we were using this on man upcoming deployment and wanted to have them ready in time for distribution. Our shirts and caps were so well done and are holding up really well (heavy outdoor use). The rush on the order did not interfere with the quality at all. He even remembered that I mentioned liking another color (which we weren’t ordering) and when I retuned for pickup, he had an extra hat printed with our logo in that specific color. What a thoughtful gesture!!

Needless to say, I am elated to have found Carlos and plan on continuing our relationship for a very long time. He checks off all the boxes on what we needed from a printing company. Not only that, it is a joy and pleasure to work with him! Thank you so much, Carlos! Carlos at Rise Custom Apparel was great to work with. I had not worked with him before, and I needed a single custom piece embroidered on a short time-line. Carlos was kind and sympathetic to what I was trying to accomplish. He also had great ideas as to size and color. Even though Carlos was busy with significant sized orders on a tight timeline, and he was working weekends and late nights to meet his customers needs, he was still very kind to make my order happen too.
