Keller Williams Redlands asked me to clear my review up. So, I shall. Not only did the Association of Realtors inform me that she works at Redlands. But when I called the staff also confirmed she works at Redlands.
Hope this help.
I would stear clear of Keller Williams Redlands.
Nina with Keller Williams Redlands is currently holding our family in escrow hostage. Trying to steal our EMD. To preface we entered escrow and within 24 hours did an inspection, within 48hours we sent our R&R, it took 8.5 days to get a response from her client and Nina on the R&R for major health and safety concerns like electrical and hvac gas leak, etc. To which they said no, we're not going to fix these issues. Within 24-48 hours of that knowledge, we decided it was not a wise investment as our first home. So we sent in our form (signed) to exit escrow. Nina Erbst has deliberately "ghosted" our realtor and his broker, and many others in efforts to drag this process out and reach for some valid reason or excuses to steal our EMD. We have read the contracts, we are within full reach of exiting escrow legally, with full EMD returned. PER CONTRACT. They have also put the house back on the market, while holding our escrow hostage. This is very deliberately being done out of spite.
This is beyond unethical and Inland Valley Association of Realty has been informed and an ethics complaint...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreI highly don't recommend hiring any agent from any Keller Williams company. I had not only one bad experience, but twice it happened to me. Their agentās seem to care more about the value of money, then the value of the relationship with their client's.
During my first transaction (as a client) with one of their agent, I end up paying nearly $6000 in fees, because I didn't realized I was paying fees that possibly involved the seller fees. I should have read all the paper works that was involved, but they have you signed everything in a few minute span without giving you a few day to read it over. In any event, the agent I hired from Keller Williams should look out for my best interest as a client.
Instead, their agent's were more about the money, then about their client's. In their company model "integrity, customers" ect.., these two categories does not apply to them, it's purely a bunch of BS. "Customers services is NOT their first priority (money is), much-less having any integrity.
The agent's is to timid to negotiate for your best interest. They just hoping that you pay the full price for the home your buying and in return they will get more money. Company like KW does not value you as a client, they value money. So don't let them fool you with their false model of service.
I could go on and on how bad their agent's is, but I would be...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreI would never and I mean never ever recommend your agency in Redlands to any of my friends especially your agent named Angelic⦠she and my agent Tony who works at Mountain Realty also gets my same ire. I had Keller Williams sell my home before we moved to Lake Arrowhead and that agent was wonderful⦠kind, trustworthy and caring. When your agency employed Angelic you hired an agent who really cares about the sell no matter what. She thinks she is the be all and end all of real estate agents and together with our agent who we shouldnāt have used because of his newness in the business but when he is a neighbor you make that decision. She will manipulate and behave like a shark who smells blood...
